We want to make sure that you have as good a trip as we can possibly provide. On the vast majority of our trips we will see whales. On others we may run into an exceptional sighting of dolphins, porpoise, killer whales, basking sharks or other animals and we'll take our time viewing them. However, sometimes due to weather, or the unpredictability of the animals themselves, we are "skunked".

If we don't see whales (or exceptional sightings of other marine animals) the Captain of the CONDOR EXPRESS will issue a "whale check", which is good for a free trip on another CONDOR EXPRESS whale watching trip during that season. All you have to do is call or email the Sea Landing, book a trip on any regularly scheduled open party whale watching trip on the CONDOR EXPRESS, and when you arrive at the Sea Landing, exchange your "Whale Check" for a new ticket... at no charge!

Whale checks are issued at the discretion of the Captain of the CONDOR EXPRESS. At no time should the Sea Landing personnel be involved in any discussion regarding "Whale Checks". Sorry, no refunds.
